Santiam Flyway Preserve offers limited recreation and partnership opportunities on conserved wetland and moist-soil habitat in the Willamette Valley. Access is managed to protect waterfowl, native vegetation, and long-term habitat values.

Partner Opportunities

We work with a small number of partners who share our interest in wetland conservation and responsible use of the property. Partnerships can include part owner opportunities (buy in results in 25% ownership share in 220 acre property), habitat projects, access arrangements, or collaborative management. 2026-2027 Club Membership

Limited club memberships are available for the 2026-2027 season. Membership provides access under the terms of the current club agreement and is subject to available capacity and habitat conditions. Available Parcel Sales

Selected parcels within Santiam Flyway Preserve are available for sale. These properties are subject to existing conservation easements and wetland management requirements. Contact us at info@santiamflywaypreserve.org for current availability, maps, and terms.
